ISLAMABAD: Foreign Secretary Aizaz C
haudhry has appointed the daughter of a National Accountability Bureau (NAB) official in the Foreign Affairs Ministry’s law division in violation
of laws regarding recruitment, a source told Daily Times.
Foreign Ministry spokesman Nafees Zakaria confirmed that Barrister Aliya Rashid, daughter of Nargis Rashid, had been inducted in the ministry but there is no financial matter involved.
NAB Director General (DG) Nargis Rashid has allegedly got her daughter inducted by using her powers, the source confirmed.
NAB is probing

e also advised the officers to abstain from committing wrong practices as anti-corruption body is too active to take action against the persons who found guilty of any wrong practice.

haudhry to induct her daughter in the ministry. In order to please her C
haudhry directed his subordinate to adjust the NAB DG’s daughter as soon as possible. The next day Nargis Rashid’s daughter started working for the ministry.
