ISLAMABAD: As per its frugal policies, the Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) government announced on Sunday to keep a l
imited team for for
eign visits.
PTI government had decided that de
legations that are to attend seminars, conferences and meetings overseas will consist of no more than four members.
The step has been taken to reduce the overall expenditure on for
eign visits.
The four members will include a federal minister, a secre
tary and two respective office
rs of the concerned ministry or department.
It was added that during the reign of previous governments, government officers and membe
rs of non-government organisations also used to travel with the delegates.
